WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Due to the small size of my operation, all items are final sale. Please review all product photos and descriptions thoroughly before submitting your order.

MY ORDER ARRIVED INCORRECT/DAMAGED—WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Contact me at Crystal@CrystalStorms.me, attaching the photos and including your order number, and I will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them one time to your shipping address.

CAN I CANCEL/EXCHANGE/REFUND MY ORDER?

All items are final sale. I cannot offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
